Beach Party!

We tried to hit at least one beach a day while we were in Cali. Our last full day we went to Coronado and had a blast. Other than that toddler again ;) the kids were in heaven. I'm pretty sure they would have stayed and played for days without stopping if allowed. I really need to be better at narrowing my pics down but I took over two hundred pics and narrowed it down to a hundred so that's half right? I just love these pictures because it shows how much fun the kids were having. Brielle really was not the happiest camper and her swim suit is like ten sizes too big and falling off but she loved to chase the birds as long as they didn't go in the water. She LOVED the waves until a wave took her out and then she was DONE with the water completely. Overall a great day tho!

Legoland

The day started out a bit rough with losing Jaston for about fifteen minutes which included a melt-down mother and security and then a stroller that decided to break. Once we passed these hurtles and fed everyone we were able to have a little fun. The kids had a great time and I have vowed to never bring a toddler to an amusement park again. Great but exhausting day BUT our mission got accomplished: we survived and exited the park with every member of our family in one piece.

24th of July Ward Celebration

Our ward did a 24th celebration the weekend after and the kids had been working for months on learning how to square dance. They practiced every week for months and I was super impressed with how they pulled it off. They did a great job. Skylee and her friend Chase were partners and they did great together. We are so excited that Chase is in Skylee's class this year. It helps that his mom is one of my great friends here. We feel truly blessed to be in such a great ward. After the kids danced they got to get a new partner and teach them thus the pictures of Jeff and Skylee and Kelly and Chase.

Beach Time!!

And pretty much everyone's favorite part of California is the gorgeous beaches! Seriously they are so beautiful and fun and relaxing and I could go on and on. This was the first night we were there and the kids very first time at the beach. Heck, it was even Wayne's very first time at the beach. We LOVED it and the sunset was to die for!

San Diego Temple

Part of our Sunday excursions included going to the San Diego temple and walking around their beautiful grounds. This is seriously the most gorgeous temple and grounds!
