The tooth fairy was late two times in a row and sweet Skylee was very forgiving. 

The Slab is in!

We did a FHE lesson last night on building our life and our home on a good foundation and sang "The Wise Man and the Foolish Man." Jaston was very relieved we were building our home on cement rather than the sand. 

They officially finished our slab today and put all the wood on the lot which means within the next few days the framing will probably begin! We can't wait!!

Easter Dress Pics

Diane and I went Easter Dress/ Tie shopping the day before Easter but since Easter fell on conference weekend we took our pics a week late. They aren't the most amazing pictures I've ever taken but I love, love, love looking at these pictures of my precious babies. I think I am learning more and more how much I adore and love my life. I am so blessed. Look at these four really!? I love seeing how excited and happy they are at the simple things in life- running around the duck pond and chasing the ducks. They love being outside and I love seeing how happy it makes them. Man, am I one lucky, lucky Momma/Wife!! I am so truly blessed. Yes, life has it's moments but on days like this life could not get any better!! 

And the highlight of our adventure was the hot air balloon at the park at the end!

Cupcake Time!

We had my cousin's family in town (Keri) and Teona's family in town so we decided to have a little birthday party for Brielle and Brinlee so we decorated some cupcakes.

Big Day for Skylee

Somehow the second grade teachers thought it would be a good idea to have the science fair projects and the eco system diorama's due on the same day. Needless to say it was a busy few weeks for us. Skylee did her science fair on sugar crystals and her worked on her diorama with her Papa. They worked very hard on it and it was a desert ecosystem. The kids in Skylee's class all huddled around it in line even though everyone else had theirs there also. One kid said in awe, "Wow, Skylee's is the best!" Another kid kept saying, "Doesn't anyone want to come look at mine? My mom worked really hard on it!" I made Skylee go over and ooh and aw over his. It was a fun project and other than trying to find the time to get with Papa, a really low stress project for me.
