Baby Shower

Photo: Awesome weekend with Grandma! Baby shower, playing with kids, lots of shopping for baby, freezer meals prepared and a fun dinner in the mountains and entertaining the kids during conference. Thanks Mom! Great weekend!

Some sweet ladies in my ward put on a baby shower for myself and my friend Kelly (who is due with twin boys ) last weekend. It was a blast. My Mom was so sweet and insisted she come to it. So she came and stayed for the weekend. I am so grateful. We got lots of meals frozen and ready for after the babe comes. After the shower I was able to go buy all the rest of the stuff I needed for the baby with my mom's help. We also went up Hualapai mountain that night for dinner and saw lots of Deer and Elk. The kids loved it! My mom brought lots of fun activities for the kids to do during conference and I actually got to sit down and listen. It was wonderful! Having her here was calming,  I know the first little bit will be tough with the baby but with her help I think I can do it :) Only time will tell.
I am so grateful and feel so blessed to have such great friends in my ward. I was so nervous to come to Kingman but there are some wonderful people here and I'm so grateful for their love and support.
The theme was "They are about to Pop" so everything was with the pop theme- popcorn, balloons, soda pop, cake pops, popcorn chicken etc. I thought it was adorable! They did a great job.

A few of my dear friends who helped with the shower- Tracy, Jamie, and Hillary.
The two preggos. Me at 38 weeks with one and Kelly at 30 weeks with two.
