Our church is at 8:30 in the morning this year which doesn't allow much time to get everyone ready and to a place to take pictures before church. So I planned to wake up early and just take pictures for 15 minutes before I left for church. Of course I remembered at 6:15 when Dayton woke up for a feeding that I was supposed to be to church at 8:00 :S. So we did a very quick, impromptu photo session in our backyard. Not the most ideal setting/background and with limited time and patience from the littles (and Jeff) this is what we got. Not too bad for a ten minute session in the back yard so flipping early in the morning.
I sure love my family. I am truly the luckiest Mom in the world. Sometimes I get caught up in being overwhelmed with trying to keep the house under control (ok, more than I should), and keep up with homework, and projects, and laundry and etc. etc. But when I really stop and realize the four little blessings and one big blessing (Jeff) that I have every day in my home, I am overwhelmed with gratitude. I am blessed beyond measure to have them in my life. I am honored to be their Mom and his wife.
I would be ungrateful if I didn't mention how grateful I am to a Savior or who gave everything to make this family possible for me for eternity. How blessed I am to feel of my Savior's love and know what he did for all of us that we can live with Him again. I can't imagine the pain and suffering he endured for me and for my children but how eternally grateful I am.
