Last Day of Second Grade!

This beautiful little lady is done with second grade! I am in total denial. For the last day of school she wanted to dress up, so of course Mom thought it was the perfect time to take some pictures. She was in a pretty goofy mood but we still caught a few cute ones. I am sure lucky to have such a great little girl. She is always a huge help and totally responsible/mature for her age. Sure love her!

When we moved to St. George we wanted to have Skylee go to school where Nana teaches. It was an amazing year, I know Skylee will cherish it always. Nana would pick her up for school almost every day and Skylee got to hang out with her before school and even after school on days she didn't have piano or gymnastics. She was pretty spoiled this year. With our home being further out both of the kids will go to a new school next year (Jaston is in Kindergarten! crazy!). I'm sure she will be so sad not to have her Nana there.
The other two would look forward to seeing Nana every morning too. It became a fun ritual to yell  "Nana's here!" And the whole family works their way out to say hi and send Skylee off to school. And of course they had to check in the trunk to see if the "Zinger Man" had come to bring them Zingers. He usually came once a week but near the end it was pretty much everyday. The kids loved it!

This is Skylee with her teacher, Mrs. Walker. She was a great fit for Skylee this year.
