Yes, miraculously here he IS smiling.
I get sick to my stomach just looking at these pics I feel so bad for my baby. So the story? Madi came over yesterday and wanted me to help add sleeves to her prom dress (which by the way I have NO experience and will post pics later IF it turns out)
ANYWAY my sewing machine was hooked up and setting on my table. Jaston apparently didn't see the cord and fell forehead-first into the tile. I felt so bad and rocked him and held him and he was up and running five minutes later.... One hour later... he does it AGAIN. Exactly the same except this time instead of hitting his forehead he hit his already large goose-egg. So these are the pics of his goose-egged- goose-egg. Yes, I was freaking out and yes Jeff was telling me there was nothing insta-care would do except to tell us to watch for signs of concussion or any other signs. Oh wow, just telling the story makes me re-live those awful feelings of my hurt baby and nothing I can do. I did go straightway and unpluug that darn machine though!

OH my GOSH!!! The poor boy!! I think that is the biggest goose egg I have EVER seen! Yea keep a really good eye on him- Tara Esplin's kid did something similar and she actually like fractured her head. You may have to ask her about it I just remember reading her blog awhile ago- her daughter fell out of the car as a baby she thought the baby was strapped into her carseat? Like I said it is all from memory. Anywho- please give him lots of loves from his aunt Teona and keep up on the meds!
Those dang double goose-aches! Sounds like he is handling it like a champ. That is one thing I am not looking forward to...when my kids get hurt. Just listening to him be so sad while cutting teeth is hard. Boy, do I have some toughening up to do :)
Ouch, ouch, ouch. Poor kid. :(
Oh wow! That is huge!! Poor kid (and poor mommy)!!
I hate when that happens! and i swear it only happens to boys! The first time ryan got a goose egg like that(yes he has had a few) i took him to the hospital and they didn't do anything...but don't worry it makes them tough! and thank goodness that it didn't split open!
